Yes, however, if there is extreme weather (excessively high or low temperatures, undriveable road conditions), walks may be modified or canceleld for the safety of everyone involved, especially your pet. We will always make sure your pet is safe. If roads are safe to drive we can let you dog out in the yard.

Yes, we require the following vaccinations: Rabies, Distemper (DA2PP), Bordetella (administered within 6 months of your pet’s daycare &/or overnight stay), Leptospirosis, and Canine Influenza. Vaccinations must be updated 10 days before daycare &/or overnight stays.

N.Y. ADC. LAW § 17-366 : NY Code – Section 17-366: “No dog shall be accepted at a boarding kennel, business or establishment unless the owner of such dog provides proof to such facility, including but not limited to a health certificate, a bill or receipt from a veterinarian or other documentation acceptable to the department, that such animal has been vaccinated against rabies, distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza and parvo during the previous three years and against Bordetella during the previous six months;”

Currently, we accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle (accepted with a minimum $500) for all services. Daycare & Overnight Pet Sitting must be paid in full at the time of pick-up. Dog Walks and Visits are typically invoiced and paid on a weekly basis. 

50% Deposits are required during busy seasons for overnights & are refunded as follows: 21+ days prior to start of overnight stay 100% refund. 15-20 days prior to start of overnight stay 50% refund. 14 days or less prior to start of overnight stay deposit is nonrefundable regardless of reason for the cancellation of the reservation. 

We are almost always able to accommodate last minute weekday dog walks for our existing customers. Weekend walks cannot be guaranteed but we will do our upmost to accommodate your requests.

Yes, many of our clients gladly speak to new clients about our company and service, as well as any other questions you may have that they can answer.

A boarding dog must bring food and treats of their own. You may bring pet beds, blankets and/or toys. Please do not bring anything uniquely valuable because sometimes things may be damaged or lost. All personal items should be freshly washed and labeled with your dog’s name. Day care dogs generally do not need personal items.
